Class PROGRAM
Throughout the semester, Youth Fitters or members will take part in activities designed to improve agility and coordination, enhance strength and flexibility. They will learn important training, fitness, and nutrition concepts and step away with a greater physical awareness, all while having fun in a supportive environment.
