What qualifications do your trainers have in working with children and in fitness instruction?

Our trainers are certified by nationally recognized organizations such as ACE, NASM, or ISSA, with specialized certifications in youth fitness. Additionally, all our staff are CPR and First Aid certified, and have passed extensive background checks.

Can you accommodate children with special needs or physical limitations?

Absolutely! We have experience working with children with various needs, including ADHD, autism, and physical disabilities. We collaborate closely with parents to ensure our approach aligns with each child’s specific requirements.

What safety measures do you have in place to protect children during training sessions?

Safety is our top priority. We maintain a low trainer-to-child ratio, use age-appropriate equipment, and follow strict sanitization protocols. Our facility is designed with child safety in mind, including padded floors and secure entry systems.

How do you tailor the fitness programs to different age groups and individual ability levels?

We assess each child’s fitness level, interests, and learning style to create personalized programs. For younger kids, we focus on fun, movement-based activities, while older children may engage in more structured exercises tailored to their goals.

How do you incorporate educational elements into the fitness training to support homeschooling curricula?

Incorporating educational elements: “We integrate subjects like biology, physics, and nutrition into our fitness sessions. For example, we might discuss muscle groups during strength training or calculate speed and distance during running activities, supporting STEM learning objectives.

Do you offer any group activities or opportunities for socialization with other homeschooled children?

While we specialize in 1-on-1 training, we also offer small group sessions and monthly fitness challenges where homeschooled children can interact. We organize seasonal events like field days and fitness-themed parties to foster community among our families.
